Continue to build your short nonfiction writing skills in this advanced workshop. You will work with a published article writer and experience the support and encouragement of an online critique group.
You will write up to 9000 words in three installments for instructor and group critique.

Course Structure
The workshop will consist of three two-week sessions. There will be no lectures, reading assignments or exercises for this workshop, but we’ll give you plenty of tips and reminders along the way.
In this workshop, you can submit up to 9,000 words in up to three installments to the instructor for review and for group critique. That means you can submit three articles or essays of 3,000 words each, or two articles/essays of 4,500 words each, or one article/essay of 9,000 words. It’s completely up to you!
Because you will be expected to submit your work at the beginning of each session, you should have your first article/essay submission prepared prior to the class start date. (1.2 CEUs)
In this course you will:
- Work with a published article writer and online critique group to improve your writing skills
- Submit up to 9000 words in up to 3 installments for instructor and group critique
Who should take this course:
- Nonfiction article writers who want to receive feedback on up to a total of 9,000 words during the course
- Advanced students looking for key insights from a Published Article Writer to help polish their work
- Article writers who want to make real progress towards publication
